Discover the “βίλα Πύργος” (“villa Pýrgos”) and its facilities

The villa (maximum 5 people) consists of:

• A large living room with an open fireplace – a dining room – an equipped kitchen with balcony at the front and back of the house.
• 2 larges bedrooms (1 with a double bed and one with a double and a signle bed) upstairs. Each one has its own balcony and an amazing sea view. It is also possible to have one or two extra people sleeping in the convertible sofa bed in the living room.
• 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet
• 1 separate toilet
• 1 very large cellar
• 1 garden with furnished terrace and barbecue

• Free WIFI
• TV
• Central heating
• Recent and reversible air-conditioning in all rooms
• Baby bed available upon request.
• Towel and bed linen available

Rules:

• Pets allowed upon request.
• Smoking is not permitted in the villa.
• Organizing parties are forbidden in the garden or in the villa.

Beaches :

• There are various beaches around the villa and most of them are within a walking distance (10 to 20 minutes). You can find isolated beaches and more organized ones.
